Laura and Seth’s mixed level set includes 4 intermediate level lessons, between 45 and 55 minutes in length, recorded from a live workshop and edited in 2002. These lessons increase shoulder flexibility, and improve shoulder and arm function, by coordinating your entire body to support your arms. The movements start out simply, and evolve in complexity over the course of the workshop. Reaching, pushing and pulling as well as other daily movements involving the arms and shoulders become easier, more efficient, and comfortable after working with this set. Positions: lying on the back and on the side, rolling from the back to the side, and from the side to the back.
