Laura and Seth’s mixed level set includes 4 lessons, each 40 minutes in length, recorded from a live workshop and edited in 2003. These dynamic lessons mobilize the hip joints and pelvis. Inspired by the “Alexander Yanai” lessons that Moshe Feldenkrais taught to the public in Tel Aviv, these lessons are well suited for people who have had previous Feldenkrais experience. This set is excellent for anyone who experiences tightness in their hips and low back, as well as those who want to develop more sensation, movement, and power in the pelvis. Positions: lying on the back and stomach, and sitting. (This set was formerly titled “Feldenkrais Legacy Vol. 2”).
