Laura and Seth’s advanced level set includes 3 lessons, between 40 and 55 minutes in length, recorded from a live workshop and edited in 2003. The lessons are designed to elongate your hamstring and back muscles naturally, without stretching. This set is useful for anyone who feels that tight hamstring muscles interfere with their comfort and ability to move easily. It is also beneficial for those who would like to improve their capacity to change without stretching constantly.
