Laura’s mixed level set includes four lessons, ranging from 37 – 49 minutes, recorded from a live class, and edited in 2014. These are four “Flexion” lessons, that use four different approaches and four different positions. In each lesson you will learn to release tightness, tension, and contraction in the muscles of your mid and low back. You will also learn how to use your abdominal muscles easily and effectively. These are wonderful lessons for immediate relief of stress and pain in the low back. Positions: lying on the back, side, and stomach, and sitting briefly, as well as transitioning from one position into another.
