Laura and Seth’s beginning level set includes 3 lessons, between 45 – 50 minutes in length, recorded from a live workshop and edited in 2002. These gentle and relaxing lessons develop your capacity to soften and mobilize your ribs and chest. Working with these lessons will enhance breathing, release your shoulders, and help your head and neck move freely and comfortably. Positions: lying on side and back.
