Description
Laura and Seth’s mixed level set includes 10 lessons, between 39 – 50 minutes in length, recorded from a live class series and edited in 2002. The emphasis is on utilizing your pelvis and trunk for power, so that your head, neck, arms & legs are free for more refined movements. These lessons also develop even distribution of muscular work throughout your trunk, which prevents overuse of individual joints or muscles. The final lesson is a medley that you can use as a “Feldenkrais Central Strength” exercise routine. Positions: lying on the back, stomach, and side, with some movements in sitting.
