Laura’s beginning level set includes 4 lessons, between 35 – 48 minutes in length, recorded from a live class series and edited in 2014. The 3 Volumes include a total of 11 lessons that encompass transitional movements, including rolling on the floor, coming up to sit effortlessly, rediscovering comfortable sitting on the floor, and moving from the floor to standing with grace and ease. This series is progressive, and Volume 1 includes basic developmental movements that involve rolling on the floor in a lying position. These movements bring back deeply rooted biological patterns that babies learn in the first year of life. Restoring comfort and ease to these developmental patterns permeates through all of life’s daily movements. The lessons directly affect your ability to roll fluidly from your back to side to stomach, which are transitional activities adults continue to do throughout life while in bed.
