Laura and Seth’s beginning level set includes 6 lessons, between 30 – 40 minutes in length, recorded and edited in 2003, specifically for home use. The lessons cover a wide variety of fundamental movements, including flexion, extension, rotation and side-bending of the torso and spine. Since these lessons cover the basic primary movements of the trunk and pelvis, we recommend that everyone begin their home practice with this set. Working with these lessons will provide students with an excellent foundation to then explore any of the other lessons we offer. This set is appropriate for people who are new to Feldenkrais, as well as for those who want to enhance their knowledge of the basics. Positions: lying on the back and side, with one lesson lying on the stomach.
