Laura and Seth’s mixed level set includes 4 lessons, between 40 – 60 minutes in length, recorded from a live workshop and edited in 2003. These dynamic lessons are especially effective in developing mobility of the feet, ankles and knees, while improving their functional connection to the pelvis and spine. Inspired by the “Alexander Yanai” lessons that Moshe Feldenkrais taught to the public in Tel Aviv, these lessons are well suited for people who have had previous Feldenkrais experience. This set is excellent for anyone who wishes to improve the use of their feet and ankles in standing and walking as well as other weight bearing activities.
