Description
Laura and Seth’s mixed level set includes 4 lessons, between 40 – 55 minutes in length, recorded from a live workshop and edited in 2003. These dynamic lessons teach students to coordinate the entire body to develop flexibility and ease of movement in the knees. Moshe Feldenkrais had a strong interest in working with knees, since he developed his approach in order to help himself recover from knee problems. Inspired by the “Alexander Yanai” lessons that Moshe Feldenkrais taught to the public in Tel Aviv, these lessons are well suited for people who have had previous Feldenkrais experience. Positions: on hands & knees, lying on the back, and lying on the side. (This set was formerly titled “Feldenkrais Legacy Vol. 3”)
