Laura and Seth’s mixed level set includes 4 lessons, between 40 – 55 minutes in length, recorded from a live workshop and edited in 2003. These dynamic lessons are effective to mobilize the shoulders, ribs and thoracic spine. Inspired by the “Alexander Yanai” lessons that Moshe Feldenkrais taught to the public in Tel Aviv, these lessons are well suited for people who have had previous Feldenkrais experience. Students often enjoy the challenge of these lessons after working with beginning level lessons, and frequently experience transformative results throughout the whole body. Positions: lying on the back and stomach, with a few movements done standing on the knees (kneeling). (This set was formerly titled “Feldenkrais Legacy Vol.1”)
