Description
These 14 lessons, taught by Laura Paris, range from 35 to 54 minutes. These are inspired by the series taught by Feldenkrais�s students Mia Segal and Gaby Yaron in San Francisco in 1977. Laura has been teaching these lessons since 1997. Over the years she has modified and enhanced them in a variety of ways. These edited recordings are from a live class in 2013. This set serves many purposes:
1. A thorough foundational series for both beginning and ongoing students
