FREE YOUR NECK IN 10 MINUTES
This is a short seated lesson taught by Seth Paris. It will take about five minutes per side, and afterwards you will experience immediate freedom in your neck and spine. It is verbally instructed, there is no video to watch. All you need to do is sit upright and forward on a chair, preferably without arms. Your thighs should be parallel (or close to it) with the floor.
